The Core trim of the XC90 Plug-In Hybrid is no ordinary base trim.
It comes much better equipped than you would expect based on its rivals,
with standard features that include a panoramic roof, wireless phone
charging, Google Maps built in, and extensive interior ambient lighting.
It also comes with the 455-horsepower PHEV drivetrain that sets the XC90
Plug-In Hybrid apart from the standard version. It can travel up to
32 miles on electric power alone, or go from 0-60 in just 5 seconds.

Moving up to the Plus trim gets you a new set of bigger wheels that are only available as an extra-cost option on the Core. It also comes with a 360-degree camera and Park Assist on all four sides. Paint color options remain the same, as do interior colors and materials. The big difference inside is that the Plus offers an optional six-seat configuration that replaces the second-row bench with a pair of captains’ chairs.

Starting at $84,795 MSRP*

The Ultra is the top trim for the XC90 Plug-In Hybrid, featuring a premium stereo, Nappa leather upholstery, and an expanded list of available interior colors. Power 4-way lumbar support comes standard, and there is an available massage function. The Ultra is also the only trim available with the optional dark exterior theme, which replaces the bright chrome exterior trim with glossy black detailing.
