While the V60 Cross Country and the A6 allroad are both wagons built for off-road use, the approach is somewhat different. The most obvious difference to start with is price. Where the V60 CC starts at $53,595*, the Audi is priced starting at $74,395, which is high enough to give owners pause before taking it off-road. This also means that you’ll be paying significantly more for a base model A6 allroad with options than you would for a fully loaded V60 CC, and it’s really not close. There are also more customization options with the Volvo, including three sets of wheels and seven different interior upholstery options, compared to just one set of wheels and three upholstery options for the Audi.
The A6 allroad shares a body with the high-performance RS 6 Avant, and some of the performance features carry over in a way that makes the A6 allroad a bit less practical.
